The Customer Success department serves as the voice of the internal customer. Whether they are in North America or France, our coaches are in constant contact with users to assist them throughout their Cedreo experience. From onboarding to support, creating video tutorials, interactive courses, and even retention efforts, everything is done to pamper them and prevent churn.
